Course Description and Competencies

What to Expect

In this course, you will work through two modules. These modules are broken into smaller lessons. By studying this material and engaging with the practice activities, you will develop skills for identifying organizational use cases for AI, using strategic decision-making to apply AI, developing organizational guidance for the ethical and responsible use of AI, and defining systems that support equitable and responsible adoption of AI in your organization.

Prerequisites:

Generative AI Skills (GAI1) is a prerequisite for this course.

Course Competency

This course covers the following competency:

  • The learner implements the strategic and responsible application of artificial intelligence in educational organizations.

Assessment

The method of assessment for this course includes one final project. You must achieve a ranking of Competent on the assessment to pass the course. You may attempt the assessment two times before additional support is necessary. If you require further attempts, please contact your Course Instructor or Student Experience Specialist.
