This course contains four modules, and each module contains smaller units. These will help you better understand feedback frameworks and strategies that will enhance your skills in both professional and personal contexts. You will also explore socio-cultural factors that influence feedback dynamics. You will learn how to navigate diverse environments effectively.

Throughout the course, you will find a variety of interactive elements. These include knowledge checks to help deepen your understanding of the content. Engaging with these activities reinforces new learning. It also complements the knowledge you bring to this area of study. You will also learn through readings, case studies, and videos.
